All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

3.Shipping Fees

We apply transparent flat-rate shipping fees based on shipping service and destination. No hidden fees will be charged at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping Flat Rate: $5.99
  • Express Shipping Flat Rate: $12.99

4.Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $100 USD.
Free shipping only applies to standard shipping method. Express shipping upgrades still require additional fees regardless of order amount.

5.Shipping Coverage

We ship internationally to most countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and other eligible areas. Certain restricted regions due to logistics or policy limitations are excluded.

6.Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees based on your local regulations. Any additional local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7.Shipping Exceptions & Failure Delivery

If a package is returned due to incorrect customer address, unclaimed delivery, or customer refusal, the return shipping cost and handling fee will be deducted from refunds.
